Biografia
Federico Martello was born in Partinico (Palermo) on 1 June 1982. From an early age he showed a strong and innate sense for music and singing. He has a motor disability from birth and carries on and develops his great talent, pursuing his goals with stubbornness and great willpower. In 2001 he graduated as an accountant and commercial expert and began working in Palermo. In the same year he moved to Siena where he worked and attended the University. From 2003 to 2005 he attended the Accademia di Musica Diapason in Siena, a course in modern singing and jazz improvisation with the teacher Clara Cosci and participated in some concerts organized by the Academy in Piazza Salimbeni and Teatro Rozzi, as well as events and musical entertainment in Siena. It was in 2005 that Federico was admitted to Luca Jurman's Academy of Singing Vocal Classes in Milan practicing the study of vocal and breathing techniques (RPA). Having found work in Milan, he decides to move in order to better follow the singing academy, which he still attends, and then landed in the nearby and quieter city of Bergamo, where he now lives. From a technical vocal point of view, Federico is defined as a baritenor , even if his vocal imprint comes from a perfect fusion of the studies and settings of lyric, jazz improvisation and soul.

Just when his musical career had reached important milestones, in July 2012 Federico suffered a serious injury, which forced him to cancel all scheduled concerts, including those in the USA and Russia, due to the worsening of his disability. His tireless desire to fight, his love for music, brought him back to the fore, starting from the international stages, after more than 4 years of inactivity, in which he had to learn to sing while sitting in a wheelchair.
